Diaphragm pumps can handle liquids with particles, high viscosity or dangerous liquids. Diaphragm pumps are a new type of conveying machinery that can convey various corrosive liquids and dangerous liquids. 1. Function of diaphragm pump:


The diaphragm pump has six major advantages, including reliable quality, long service life, low noise, small vibration, no freeze, and fine workmanship. It can pump flowing liquids and transport some media that are not easy to flow. It has many advantages of self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, shielded pumps, mud pumps, impurity pumps and other conveying machinery.

2. It has wide flow and good passing performance, allowing the passage of relatively large particles with a diameter of up to 10 mm. When pumping mud and impurities, there is little wear on the pump;

Once the load is exceeded, the pump will automatically stop, with self-protection performance. When the load returns to normal, it can automatically start running again;

8. Simple structure and few wearing parts. The pump has a simple structure and is easy to install and maintain. The medium transported by the pump will not contact the gas distribution valve, connecting rod and other moving parts. Unlike other types of pumps, the performance will gradually decline due to the wear of the rotor, piston, gear, blade and other parts.

9. It can transport relatively viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 centipoise);

10. This pump does not require oil lubrication. Even if it runs idle, it will not be affected at all. This is a major feature of this pump.
